A beautifully tactile crocheted ammonite in Natural, made with premium quality, recycled, 100% cotton braided cord. The item is sturdy and keeps its shape and the cord gives great definition to the crochet stitches used to create it. It would look equally good on display by itself as a feature in a room, or as a container for a small houseplant, or as useful storage in the bathroom or nursery. The pattern describes it as an ammonite but it is also the shape of a nautilus shell so would fit in well with a seaside theme. Measurements: Approximately 19cm tall at its highest point, 26cm in length, and 14cm across at its widest point. I also make a smaller versions of this basket, see separate listings. Care instructions: I recommend a gentle surface clean with a damp cloth to remove dust but item may be carefully washed by hand at 30°C, reshape whilst damp.
